Video Guestbook Experience

A modern twist on the classic guestbook, our new Video Guestbook experience allows your guests to record their heartfelt messages to you live on video, instead of being written on paper. Our new system features a 30" interactive touchscreen display with built-in video and audio recording, so guests can see themselves to record their video messages to you as newlyweds. Our new video guestbook platform provides a fun & immersive experience that your guests will want to participate in throughout your celebration and are encouraged to record special video messages for you to view afterwards.

Each video message is delivered to you in an online gallery with unlimited video downloads, so you can relive and watch the laughter, love, and replay each of these special moments from your guests anytime, especially on your anniversary.

Option 1: 360° EPIC Spin Videobooth:

We capture 360° of epic videos of your guests having the most fun of the night and transforming the recordings into unique 30-second HD music videos with slow-motion, paparazzi-style effects, personalized artwork, and your choice of hype music. We provide a mini stage platform that guests will stand upon and our on-site video director guides guests on how to create dynamic movements for each video, ensuring every moment is fun and share-worthy. Our immersive videos are filmed in a vertical 9:16 format, perfect for Instagram, Tiktok and social media. This is an exciting and interactive experience that keeps your party buzzing and also gets everyone involved, while also creating shareable memories from your wedding that your guests will love! Each 360° video is displayed onto a TV that we provide and your guests will instantly see their 360° video(s) in real-time. The videos also display a scannable QR code to allow guests to instantly download their video creations to their cell phone. We also provide you with an online video gallery with each video to view, download and share with unlimited downloads.

We take the special effects a step farther by creating creating a modern visual experience that is custom tailored to you and that is unlike anything you may have seen before. We utilize our in-house media & graphic designer and pair the custom content with our commercial grade 3D video projectors to display personalized visual effects ranging from a variety of tailored animations, monograms with stunning effects, shooting stars, themed design aesthetics or other thematic elements to match your wedding theme. The projections are designed to shine across large surfaces (such as entire blank walls) to transform a plain surface into a dynamic canvas where visuals appear to emerge out of nowhere. Your personalized monogram appears prominently in the foreground, integrated with animations and effects selected specifically for you. Whether it be subtle seasonal motifs (fall leaves, winter frost, spring blossoms, summer glow), hobby-inspired elements (e.g., musical notes, travel icons, equestrian motifs, butterflies, your pets, animals, botanical details), or other thematic touches that align with your love story.

We help create the perfect mix of your requested songs in a unique mix from our studio to help you achieve an epic dance routine or for any other special part of your event. 

The mix will be provided to you in plenty of time before your event so you can review the mix and practice your dance routine. 

Lumina Party Effects

A fun, crowd-pleasing add-on that brings extra energy to the dance floor with zero hassle.

We include a quantity of 100 color-changing LED handheld foam batons that that glow and cycle through colors when activated to ignite energy and movement on the dancefloor! Our team distributes these to your guests at the key moment to light up the night!

EPIC Cold Spark Fountain Effects (2 or 4 Machines)

Create cinematic moments for your grand entrance, first dance, or grand exit with safe, (venue-approved) cold spark fountain machines.

These professional-grade spark fountains produce a controlled, sparkling fountain of non-pyrotechnic sparks rising up to 15 feet high, precisely timed to sync key moments. The effect delivers a bold, glowing visual impact that enhances photos and video without smoke, heat, heat residue, or open flame, making it a popular choice for indoor and outdoor high-end weddings.

We handle all coordination, including venue pre-approval (commonly required) and compliance with local fire marshal guidelines. Placement may be limited to outdoor areas or specific zones depending on venue rules, proximity to smoke detectors, flammable materials & Fire Marshall remarks. No special setup or cleanup required from your side—our team manages timing and safety for seamless integration into your event flow.
